She took us to many showings, but we never felt forced to make an offer. When she found us our dream house, she guided us in a bidding war without going over our budget. After we secured the deal and win the house, she helped us negotiate with seller during disclosure and saved us tens of thousands of dollars.

Carol is smart, savvy, honest and has a very hard work ethic. What I appreciate the most about Carol is that she always looks out for the interests of her clients and we really cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us. On some instances, when we were just tired of the incompetence of seller's agent and was about to give in and absorb the extra costs, Carol would negotiate and get credits for us. Every sales is unique, but ours, in my opinion is messy beyond belief, but Carol handled it with so much grace and ease.
